SOI not updating with "IsCleared=true for ConnectorAccelerator alerts

Issue/Introduction
When clearing alerts from SOI Console, the alerts are not clearing on the Domain Manager side.
Environment
Release :
Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager
Cause
ActiveMQ backup.
Resolution
Basically, I explain to him that when he restart the SOI Manager, he should do the following...
Run this SQL query to remove left over entries...
delete from ca_ssa_tags where tagname like '%synched.pending%'
Delete all files in soi\tomcat\temp\
Delete all files in soi\apache-activemq\data\kahadb\
