Our EM's are reaching capacity and now see this message below; new agents are no longer able to report. 

How high can we raise the max count without affecting the stability of the platform.  We have increased to 3,000,000 in the interim.

6/12/19 08:16:45.304 AM PDT [WARN] [Harvest Engine Pooled Worker] [Manager.Agent] The EM has too many historical metrics reporting from Agents and will stop accepting new metrics from Agents. [ Current count = 2,800,001. Max count = 2,800,000]
