PAM-CM-0038: Problem updating system certification

Issue/Introduction

I am able to upload the certificate but If I try to set it and Accept the new Certificate selected, I get the following error:
"Error: PAM-CM-0038: Problem updating system certification"

Same behavior with the default gkcert.crt certificate.

Environment

Release : 3.3.X / 4.0.X / 4.1.1
Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

Database Corrupted.

Resolution

For cluster: 
Ensure to not apply this to the master node of the Primary site or you will miss everything.
- Turn cluster off
- Reset the Database of the affected node.
- Turn cluster on.

* To show the RESET button, please unlock the database for each node after stopping the cluster.
Configuration > Clustering > UNLOCK ME

For single appliance:
- Ensure you have a database backup.
- Reset the Database.
- Restore the last good backup.
