CA Spectrum - gcmodel table is not updating newly updated members

Issue/Introduction

Global collection members are not updated in the gcmodel table in the reporting database. 

Environment

Release :

Component : Spectrum Reporting

Cause

Not allowing the events to store in the database. 

Resolution

 

In the Event Configuration Editor

Make sure to check the option to store event to database (By Default its Checked). 

Events will be stored in the DDMDB and the events would be transferred to SRM DB.
