Unable to launch IM sqlsever configuration

Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure the SQL Server via infrastructure manager the probe config UI will not load

we have already confirmed the probe is in the archive and this used to work fine.

Environment

UIM 8.5.1

Cause

probe UI files were corrupted

Resolution

Empty the %temp%\util folder on the windows system where you are running the infrastructure manager 

IM downloads files into this folder when you open a probe config gui. 

Clearing this folder will force IM to download a new version of the SQLserver probe config UI to your windows system.
