Tomcat comes up and then comes right down with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

Tomcat comes up, but then Tomcat comes right down.  Logs do not indicate the problem.

 

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Apache Tomcat®

Cause

Port conflict for Tomcat

Resolution

Found that ones of the ports defined in the Tomcat server.xml was being used by some other application. Changed SHUTDOWN port from 8005 to 8035
