Error External Remote connector server happened again

Issue/Introduction

We have the following error with regards to external connector server which is registered on CA Identity Suite Virtual Appliance 14.2 Version.

 

 Error fetching list of registered connector servers: Script terminated due to SSH command timeout running command on host <IP Address>

When this occurs, the provisioning endpoint fails. When we restart the connector server, the page fetches the connect server and provisioning works. But this is short-lived. Upon a restart, it works for a while and shows the original symptoms again.

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

This is a known issue recorded in DE378663.

Resolution

Please apply 14.2 CP1 or upgrade to 14.3 GA since they include DE378663.
