Collecting data via the Vantage Scheduler fails with error message:

HD Collector. Collecting to : C:\BRIGHTSTOR SRM DATA\CENTRAL\TR_ADMIN.MDB
HD Collector. Error during field definition update: Could not lock file.
HD Collector. Finished.
Scheduler Service: Incomplete scheduled tasks or alerts found...

The messages -
HD Collector. Collecting to : C:\BRIGHTSTOR SRM DATA\CENTRAL\TR_ADMIN.MDB
HD Collector. Error during field definition update: Could not lock file.
point to the TR_ADMIN.MDB file.
This issue happens when the user or service does not have "write" privileges for the directory containing the MS access database.
When migrating to a new machine, this could happen.
Review the security settings on directory, or change in services the user which is running the scheduler.
