CA PC events do not sync to Spectrum due to ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExceptions in Spectrum Tomcat logs.

This issue is resolved in Spectrum 10.02.03 with the 10.02.03.PTF_10.2.399 patch:
Symptom : Spectrum was not syncing events from CAPC due to the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExceptions in tomcat logs while processing the events.
Resolution: Spectrum will sync the events successfully from CAPC without any exceptions being reported.
Please open a case with Spectrum Support for a copy of the 10.02.03.PTF_10.2.399 patch.
