Issue/Introduction

Spectrum is using the wrong FTP server for Network Configuration Manager 

Environment

Release : Any version of Spectrum

Component : Spectrum Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

Resolution

Check the FTP Configuration for the Network Configuration Manager (NCM) by doing the following:

1. Log into OneClick as an ADMIN user

2. Right mouse click on the Configuration Manager folder in the Explorer tab of the Navigation panel and select Component Detail from the menu 
3. Find and expand the FTP Configuration subview. See if the correct FTP server is specified and make changes as required.
