The "Last Event Time" column stops updating in the OneClick Administration -> Report Manager -> SPECTRUM Status page.

Component : Spectrum Reporting
1. Log into the OneClick Administration -> Report Manager -> SPECTRUM Status page
2. Un-check the Monitor check box for the landscape where this is seen
3. Wait 5-10 minutes
4. Re-check the Monitor check box for the landscape where this is seen
5. Monitor the "Last Event Time" to update
If the Last Event Time still fails to update, please open a case with Spectrum Support and support the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux) from the SRM system for review.
