In this scenario, a tape is being created where the JCL for File 1 has 'EXPDT=99000' (Catalog Control)
coded, but File-2 through File-20 are created and cataloged, with no EXPDT or RETPD specified.
When does the volume get scratched?
The tape in this case is put under catalog control, and the RP value is assigned to the other files.
CA 1 will keep the tape as long as the first file is cataloged, and until the RP value is met, if the first file
is uncataloged.
In order to keep the tape until all files are uncataloged, you need to change the JCL, and add an
'EXPDT=99000' for each file.
