Resolution

These are the steps to use. 

• Go to Web Viewer 12.1 Product Downloads and sign in.
• Click on Solutions
• Click on Output Management Web Viewer for PC -LINUX ALL
• Click on 12.1
• Select

  Output Management Web Viewer Install

  CA_DVWEB_12_1_06_LUW.ISO(125.94 MB)

• Click on the download arrow to download the .ISO file
• Right click on the .iso file and select mount to extract the .jar file. It will be in E:\InstData\Multiplatform for all platforms except for Windows.  For Windows install file, the .exe file will be in E:\InstData\Windows_x64\NoVM.  If your company does not allow Mount on your PC, unzip with winzip or other unzip utility.
