SpectroSERVER not starting when restoring to clean DB and sdm.config file present

Issue/Introduction

When the legacy SSdb is loaded on a fresh installation of Spectrum 10.3.2 where the SDC/SDM was configured the SpectroSERVER will hang/prevent to start.

Environment

Release : 10.3.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Rename the Sdm.config file to anything else.

Start the SS back up.


It should start successfully.

This should not be seen where the database is not "fresh" (I.e. legacy.ssdb) and only seen with an empty legacy ssdb.
