Does CA Intertest for CICS version 10 have any APF authorization requirements?

Issue/Introduction

The client is upgrading from CA Intertest for CICS release 9.1 to version 10. Historically CA Intertest for CICS DID NOT require the load library which gets defined  to the DFHRPL be APF authorized. Does CA Intertest for CICS version 10 load library CAVHLOAD have to be APF authorized?

Authorization 

Before activating your product, you must make the executables in CAI.CAVHAUTH and CAI.CAVHLOAD available through STEPLIB or LINKLIST. Both libraries must be APF authorized.
