ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column while saving portlet as another portlet

Issue/Introduction

Getting an error when trying to do a Save As on the Top Down Planning by Investment Portlet in Production.

I copied it successfully once to a portlet called Top Down Planning Investment - OTS and subsequently deleted it because I was receiving the same System Error when I tried to modify the filter on the copied version.

Now I'm unable to re-copy.

This is the error in logs -

Resolution

Removing filter defaults resolved the issue
