Issue/Introduction

I am trying to INSTALL TOMCAT for COMMON SERVICES but it fails because of a double // in the path name.

Where do I correct this // from the path name that is causing this directory error?

Sample of error messages:

                                                                           , Type: PRODUCT, Options: mount=aggrgrow;a

dded=1554403461737;csi=SYSOT.CACCS.R15.GLOBAL.CSI

Id: 11436, DSN: SYSOT.OPSMVS.R135.CCLXHFS.ZFS             , Path: /usr/lpp/CAI//CCLXHFS

Cause

During the installation the path specified ended with a /, which caused the the double //.

Environment

Component : CHORUS SOFTWARE MANAGER

Resolution

During the install on the base install wizard Target Zone 3/3 it has:

CCLXHFS DDDEF:

For this path the name coded was:   /usr/lpp/CAI/

Ending it with a caused the double // in the directory path name.

To correct:

You can either modify the CCLXHFS DDDEF with batch UCLIN to remove one of the slashes or use SMP/E online to do the same.
