Cannot apply group to a view in a dashboard

Issue/Introduction

Groups created as part of a collection are not able to be added as a on demand view dynamically in a dashboard.

Resolution

Groups are for reporting and collections are for the Vendor Certification chain. they should be kept separate. It is enforced in thresholds and some reporting but should be enforced in all reporting.
