Issue/Introduction

Endevor PACKAGE Ship runs 3 jobs. This failure is in the first job.  

We got the following error messages:

C1BMX39E STAGING DATASET COPY ERROR - RC=000010

C1G0192E MEMBER themember COULD NOT BE COPIED, REASON CODE 83000405

 

 

Cause

The error message C1BMX39E indicates that the error is happening when creating the staging dataset. 

The error C1G0192E indicates that a error happened when doing a BSTCOPY to create the staging dataset.

The error indicates when processing the member indicated it had a space abend when creating the work file.

 

 

Resolution

Increase the space allocated for the staging dataset.

To increase the space allocated Update the Destination/Mapping Rule that was used for the dataset/member then decrease the value for "Approx Host Members/Cyl".

Then re-run the package ship process.
