Issue/Introduction

"C1E0149I  ERROR CLOSING THE END-2-END LOGGING OUTPUT FILE." when writing to our Endevor Webhooks watch directory.  The mountpoint is physically allocated and the ZFS file system looks good and has plenty of space.  The watchfile is successfully updated with the Endevor element metadata.  I have Endevor Webhooks operational on our other LPARS and it's running clean.  Has anyone seen this?

Cause

Trace showed the alternate ID receiving permission failure during CHMOD action. The failure was the result of incorrect TSS IBMFAC resource permission

Resolution

It was failing on an IBMFAC permission. IBMFAC(BPX.CAHFS.CHANGE.FILE.MODE) ACC(READ) They allowed the alternate ID access and the problem cleared.
