Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to change the log in URL from the long URL to something shorter such as the SSO URL within the Clarity Mobile Timesheet app?

Environment

Release : All Supported releases

Component : Timesheets

Resolution

1. There is no supported way to change the URL used to login to the app to something shorter or different then the long URL.

        Note: This URL should only have to be entered one time by the users upon first setup.

       2. The other option aside from using the long URL is you can shorten the URL in you internal network but this would be something outside of Clarity Support.
