ASM is not sending email alerts, though we can see in the logs there is an error.
Your mail server may be using SpamCop. ASM's mail servers reside in AWS (Amazon Web Services). There is a known issue where SpamCop may block communication from Amazon.
Release: All ASM releases
Please check the icon in the message log (In the ASM UI go to Reports & Alerts -> Message log). As per below, if the icon matches "Sent and arrived at provider" this means that we successfully sent you the email. However if as per above if you are using SpamCop, you must have your team unblock email communications from Amazon.
