UMP is stuck at initializing and default home page is not loading.

Issue/Introduction

Major issues with the UMP.

1- UMP is extremely slow when is does populate the default home page.

2- UMP does not complete the loading of the default home page. It is stuck at "initializing" progress bar.

wasp.log shows the follow errors:

Cause

Connections are not staying open between UMP and primary hub.

Resolution

Restarting the primary hub robot allowed UMP to progress and connect properly.
