Discrepencies between monitoring station documentation and API listing

Issue/Introduction

 

The documented list of monitoring stations at 'https://asm.saas.broadcom.com/en/products/monitoring-stations' doesn't appear to be correct.  

A cp_list API call returns a list that appears to include the additional stations we are seeing, but does not include quite a few others from the documented list.  

Would the API call be considered a 'point in time' list of available stations available?  

What we need is a comprehensive list, that is kept up to date, of all station IP addresses that could be used, for the purposes of internal whitelisting.  Please could someone advise?

Cause

This was a temporary issue related to multiple changes in checkpoints that caused a synchronization issue between data available in documentation and API output.

Resolution

The cp_list API call is the authoritative list of checkpoints and differences in what is seen in its output and what is published in documentation are rare.

Please raise a request with support if you notice differences between the documentation and API output
