Getting Authentication Error for all users

Issue/Introduction

None of the users are able to login to Idash. I can access using service account but not with EEM accounts.

Cause

EEM certificate corruption

Environment

Release :

Component : WORKLOAD AUTOMATION IDASH

Resolution

1. Log into the Admin Tool

    Delete the EEM Server by clicking on the X button

    Closed the Admin Tool   

2. Shutdown iDash

3. Restart iDash

4. Log into the Admin Tool

    Under "Server" tab:  

    Add EEM Server

   Click on SAVE button

   Click on TEST button

  Under "Authorization" tab:

  Add the "iDash Admin Group"

  Check the "EEM Authorization" checkbox

  Click on SAVE button

  Click on TEST button
