Issue/Introduction

The individual who was the MICS/MICF administrator has left the company and did not give anyone else administrator access to MICF before leaving.   How can we make someone else the administrator of MICF?  

 

Environment

Release : 14.2

Component : CA MICS BASE SET

Resolution

Rename the member located in 'sharedprefix.ISPTLIB(MWF$AUTH)' and then invoke the clist again.  The member will be recreated and the invoking ID will be granted admin privileges.
