Error 'UnsatisfiedLinkError' during processor execution for some userids

Issue/Introduction

A Processor fails with RC=0256 in Program BPXBATSL for some users but works for others.

The log shows the following information at the beginning:

user directory: .

and later the error message:

Error loading jzos native library, subsequent native methods will fail with 'UnsatisfiedLinkError'

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java.nio.file.FileSystems$DefaultFileSystemHolder (initialization failure)

All Release of CA Endevor Software Change Manager 

OMVS

Java on z/OS: Java 8 SR5 FP15

Resolution

Add a valid HOME directory to the OMVS segment of the User Profile.
