Gen Host Encyclopedia download failure "TIEDOWNX, ABEND SB37"

Issue/Introduction

While downloading/checking out a subset from the Gen Host Encyclopedia receiving error: TIEDOWNX, ABEND SB37
Currently not able to run any downloads from the Encyclopedia.

Cause

SB37 indicates a space problem.
The model/subset download process (clist IEFDOWN or IEFDOWW) uses output dataset "<tsoid>.IEF.TRAN" and its allocation was found to be full.

Resolution

Get the DCB info for <tsoid>.IEF.TRAN,  delete it, and then reallocate it as a larger permanent dataset.

NOTE: If the <tsoid>.IEF.TRAN does not exist, Gen will allocate as a temporary dataset with a fixed sized during a download or upload process which may or may not be large enough for the model/subset.
