Special or accented characters in Uprocs variables cause problems when we try to convert the xml files resulting from the uniexp command (availble in UVMS or du_upgrade_toolkit).

XML format is ISO8859-1 instead of UTF-8

This is the kind of warning messages come from the converter msxls :

Error occurred while parsing document.

Code: 0xc00ce508

URL: file:///E:/temp/export.xml

Line: 407

Column: 24

Release : 6.x

XML format used by default when exporting via uniexp was ISO8859-1

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

From now on, the xml file will be exported in UTF8 format which will also be accepted by uniimp command.
