Issue/Introduction

Special or accented characters in Uprocs variables cause problems when we try to convert the xml files resulting from the uniexp command (availble in UVMS or du_upgrade_toolkit).


XML format is ISO8859-1 instead of UTF-8

Cause

XML format used by default when exporting via uniexp was ISO8859-1

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

From now on, the xml file will be exported in UTF8 format which will also be accepted by uniimp command.
