CMN-0010: Invalid number entered. Enter a valid number.
This error is received when trying to apply rate increases using the Administration > Manage Matrix > Rate Increase button
The locale does not match the rate matrix currency.
For example, USD is the currency, but the locale is set to Canada.
Set the Home > Account Settings > Locale = English(United States)
This will set the format from 0,00 to 0.00
Once the rate increases are applied, change the locale back to what was set.
