Endevor Test Environment getting an 'ALLOCATION ERROR' in the upper right hand corner.

Issue/Introduction

We are finding that many of the panel selections generate an 'ALLOCATION ERROR' in the upper right hand corner.

Nothing in the SYSLOG. Is there another place I can look at to determine cause?

Press PF1 to get more information on which file Endevor having problems allocating.
