Can the default STOPRC on Endevor panels be changed?

Issue/Introduction

While testing the new version of Endevor, the Endevor administrator requested that the STOPRC on the Batch Options Menu panel - C1SB0000, and the CREATE/MODIFY PACKAGE - C1SP2000, be changed from 16 to 12.

Resolution

In the ENCOPTBL Options table, turn the SET_STOPRC12 option on by uncommenting out the option and reassembling the table.
