Logout not working properly using MainConsoleLogoutURL definition

Issue/Introduction
When using Access Gateway the logout is not working properly without specifying the Identity Manager server in the cofngiruation
Environment
Release : 14.1
Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)
Cause
In the server.conf, under the default virtual host, please add:
enableredirectrewrite="yes"
redirectrewritablehostnames="IDENTITYMANEGERHOSTNAME"
where IDENTITYMANEGERHOSTNAME is the fully qualified domain name of the identity manager host name.
Resolution
enableredirectrewrite="yes" redirectrewritablehostnames="IDENTITYMANEGERHOSTNAME"
