CSA page is slow and spinning

The CSA Login page for our environments gets loaded fast, then once we click of the server names or the various links its taking too long to respond and the results to show up. The page is spinning for very long time and hanging.


  • When your CSA is spinning, this usually happens if there is an invalid DB connection. 
  • Please check and ensure there is not one database that's unavailable.
  • You can figure this out by opening the database pages such as Database, Data Warehouse or Reporting and see which one is slow in particular when you click on it.
  • Once you fix the connection, the CSA will no longer be slow and spinning.
