Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Services not alarming as expected during and after a SpectroSERVER fail-over to the Fault Tolerant server .

There are two difference scenarios observed:

1. The service is in a Critical alarm state but the alarm is not seen in OneClick

2. The service is in a Critical state but there is no alarm

Environment

Release : Spectrum 10.2.x and Spectrum 10.3.x

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

A fix is currently scheduled to be included in the Spectrum 10.04.00 release. There is no projected date for the release of Spectrum 10.04.00 at the time this knowledge article was published.
