HA Not Working

Issue/Introduction

We have configured the HA configuration recently, today we had a issue on One of the Data Aggregator, but the fail over did not happen.

We have 2 DA, one was in active and other was in inactive state, Active DA host was down due to some reason, but the inactive DA didn't come online.

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

The DA does not appear to gone down. It appears that it was hung. In this instance since the processes were up it did not trigger a fail over. 

The consul processes checks to see that the executable's are up and then if they are not up then they will initiate the fail over. Since it appears the executable's were up it did initiate a fail over to the secondary DA.
