Error configuring the Spectrum/UIM integration

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error when configuring the Spectrum integration with UIM:

SPC-NIM-5: Error Saving to Database:SPC-NIM-9:Unable to connect to UIM Server

Environment

Release: 10.x integrated with UIM

Resolution

Possible root causes:

1. Ensure there is nothing blocking the communication  between the OneClick and UIM systems. Firewalls, hostname resolution, etc.

2. If using the "Legacy Integration" ensure the configuration parameters in the OneClick Administration -> UIM Configuration page are correct 

3. Ensure the version of UIM is supported for the version of Spectrum installed. Reference the "Integration Compatibility" section of the documentation located at :
