Capacity View in New UX is Blank After Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The capacity views under the Staffing module in the new UI are both blank for some users after the upgrade to PPM 15.6. The two views do show up, but with no data underneath them, nor a message indicating 'No results found' either. 

Environment

Release : 15.6

Component :ODPRM : CA PPM SAAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The browser cache will need to be cleared for the data to show again as expected. 

For Google Chrome™ browsers, use:

Delete your cache, history, and other browser data

Go to Chrome > click Menu Icon (top right-hand corner)

a. Select More tools > Clear browsing data

b. Select the check boxes for the type and amount of information that needs to be removed. Select beginning of time to delete everything in Google Chrome. 

c. Click Clear browsing data.

d. Close out of all browsers.
