Issue/Introduction

Start IAM and getting this error in the server.log file:

2019-06-18 15:34:24,538Z (10:34) [main] ERROR org.apache.tomcat.jdbc.pool.ConnectionPool - Unable to create initial connections of pool.
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Login failed for user xxxxx'. ClientConnectionId:d7dd0adc-3476-4126-a139-321a92ed5ffd

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

The server failed over to the SQL Server secondary node

Resolution

The server failed over to the SQL Server secondary node. DBA failed it back and needed to update the credentials on the secondary node in case it fails over in the future. Once fixed was able to bring all DevTest components up and login in to the Dashboards.
