According to the product documentation, it is possible to configure only a single Identity provider (IDP) when using SAML with Service Desk Manager.
We have 3 different Identity providers, based on where the user connects from. These are:
- From LAN
- From Internet
- From tablets and smartphones
Do can multiple IDPs be configured when using SAML with CA Service Desk Manager?
CA Service Desk Manager 17.x
Currently it is not possible to use multiple identity providers when configuring SAML with Service Desk Manager.
