INCLEXCL START-DTOCPEXC-POOLS not working

Issue/Introduction
We are trying to allow statistics for storage groups but for specific ones we do not want scanning nor data set Zoom capabilities.
Environment
Release : 14.0
Component : CA Vantage Storage Resource Manager
Cause
In 2014, The DTOC scanner was re-written. Prior to this, the DTOC4POL was built in memory and the INCLEXCL Parmlib
member entry START-DTOCPEXC-POOL section was applicable to filter data based on the build data.
But after it was re-written, the data for DTOC4POL is no longer built and is being referenced from DTOC4SYS.
Hence, the section has lost its meaning after the new scan was implemented.
Resolution
We will update the documentation that the START-DTOCPEXC-POOL section is obsolete.
Additional Information
We are considering an enhancement to have an Include-Exclude section to filter storage group for the new DTOC scan.
