UIM connector - SOI CI Maintenance problem

Issue/Introduction

I put one service with aprox 8 servers (each have 4-6 app servers monitored by APM under running software) under maintenance with children. After i changed it to production with children. After few seconds (5-10 aprox) M appeared on some of the CIs on this service. Just not on all (it has influenced NMS and APM CIs - those not affected were also NMS and APM).

Release : SOI 4.2

Cause

Changing a large number of CIs to Maintenance Mode and back to Production after a few seconds only.

Resolution

Setting a large amount of CIs into Maintenance Mode and back to Production needs a bit delay in between to allow database updates to finish properly. 

Test give a time range of 15 Minutes from setting CIs into Maintenance and back to Production.
