Modern UX project labels get reset to English after refreshing the page

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login to the Modern UX with a user whose language is German, Spanish (possibly any non English language)

2. Go to the projects icon

3. Open any project and note all tabs are in the selected user language, ie Spanish, German ...

4. Click F5 or refresh the page

Expected Result: Project tabs remain on the same language.

Actual Result: Project tabs are now in English
