The client maintains CA Intertest for CICS at his site. What's the best way to get alerted of Hyper fixes for product CA Intertest CICS?
When you sign on to the CA - Broadcom web site casupport.broadcom.com on the initial web page on the top you will see MY ACCOUNT. Please left click on the down arrow to the right of MY ACCOUNT. Next LEFT click SUBSCRIPTIONS. You should then see all the CA Broadcom product. I would check off all three boxes next to the desired products. Critical Alerts(is the hyper notification), Advisory and product updates. Then click the submit button on the bottom of the page to save the changes.
