Controlling copying MQ Queues in Top Secret?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to block the copying messages from one MQ queue to another?  I have blocked the MQ command, but it possible to block this from an API interface?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

MQ must have the functionality to prevent the user from copying which it doesnt. It does have the ability to prevent access to the queue, but it is an all or nothing access.
