ZMSHUB PROC DOES NOT START UP AND STAY UP

Issue/Introduction

The ZMSHUB (message service hub) proc did not start up and stay up. 

 
 

Environment

OS: z/OS and VMware.

Resolution

After disabling firewalld service in virtual machine: service firewalld disable

and putting the ISO file in the MAINTENANCE /ISO directory and rebooting it occurred the automatic installation of the necessary services.

Now we can access mtcac (Appliance Controller) and MPM dashboards.
