A custom MVL field intermittently not updated in Data Warehouse

Issue/Introduction

A custom MVL lookup field is intermittently blank for some projects in Data Warehouse whilst populated in Clarity PPM

The lookup was on Investment, Project and Portfolio object

Cause

Last Updated Date on the field updated whilst the job is running

Resolution

We found the Portfolio Sync job was running at the time Load Data Warehouse job - Full was.

To resolve the issue:

Set Load Data Warehouse job to be incompatible with Portfolio Sync job.This will ensure the last_updated_date on the fields that are also added on Portfolio object will not be updated whilst DWH job is running.
