Unable to add new accounting calendar year

Issue/Introduction

 Attempts to define new calendar years beyond 2020, using the MWF accounting panel (ACTICAL3), results in the following error:
    "Must be 80-99 or 00-20"
 
 Hitting PF1 (HELP) displays message:
    "Supported years are 1980-2020"
 
Entering any year beyond 2020 returns an error, preventing the new calendar year from being added.

Resolution

You need to apply ACT7312 - EXTEND ACCOUNTING CALENDAR YEAR RANGE , available in PTF SO09563.
