UMP portal url & Admin console url are not working so tickets are not creating.
I have checked UMP server but No webpage was found for the web address: https://xx.xxx.xx.xx:8083

1st issue with UMP:
wasp probe log contained an error:
Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:80
Usually the best way around this error is a reboot so we restarted the machine and we were then able to connect to UMP and login and tickets were also being generated again. System restored.
On the Primary hub, access to admin console was via-> http://<ipaddress>:8083/adminconsoleapp
Confirmed access.
One remaining issue on the UMP machine should be addressed by the Windows admin. When we are trying to access the Windows events to examine the Application and System events that occurred on the UMP machine during the time frame in which the bind occurred, the MMC (Microsfot Management Console) threw an error:
MMC The snap-in is not responding.
OS is Windows 2008 R2 64-bit.

But the Windows admin should loook into this and perhaps run Windows updates as well.
We also increased the memory on the UMP wasp probe to 2048/4096 from 512/2048.
