Will CA Telon 5.1, the CA Telon Test facility was not supplied.  

Will the CA Telon Test Facility delivered with release 4.1 work with z/OS 1.13?

You are so right in that CA Telon release 5.1 does not deliver the CA Telon Test Facility.

Due to the constraints of its underlying architecture, the CA Telon Test Facility is no longer being supplied or supported as part of the product. We recommend you consider CA-Intertest Batch for your debugging needs in batch and IMS programs. 

So, while the CA Telon Test Facility from release 4.1 has not been tested or certified under z/OS 1.13 and will not be, we do not recommend using CA Telon 5.1 with the older, although latest, version of the Test Facility from release 4.1. We recommend CA Intertest Batch.
